WHAT WE DO
The Allen Russell Conference Center (ARCC) leases commercial commissary kitchen space for Caterers, Cold Storage, and Specialty Food Trucks. The ARCC commercial kitchen is one of the largest of its kind in Pierce County Washington.
BAKERS & CATERERS
Bakers can enjoy 24 hour access to the kitchen to prepare and bake to meet early morning deadlines. Caterers get the advantage of using kitchen at anytime of the day to be flexible for client request.
COLD STORAGE
We feature state of the art cold storage:

• Temperature maintenance
• Automatic condensate evaporation unit
